*Type:* Contract (11 months) *Industry:* Healthcare Insurance *Job Description* TEKsystems is supporting a large healthcare client with a major systems modernization initiative within their Membership and Enrollment organization. The team is retiring a legacy tracking platform used for vendor oversight, enrollment/disenrollment processes, and membership operations, and transitioning to Salesforce. This Business Analyst - Reporting & Quality role will have ownership over reporting accuracy, quality assurance, and operational alignment during the transition. This is a handson, detailoriented role focused on reporting evaluation, data quality validation, SOP review, and crossfunctional collaboration. *Key Responsibilities* *Reporting Oversight & Modernization* * Inventory and assess existing Medicare-related reports to determine which can be migrated to Salesforce, rebuilt, consolidated. * Maintain a centralized repository of reports and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date. * Partner with Data Analysts and stakeholders to validate report logic and ensure consistency across systems. * Ensure reporting frameworks remain compliant and aligned with the new Salesforce environment. *Quality Assessment & Compliance* * Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Medicare billing, premium management, enrollment/disenrollment, and maintenance transactions. * Validate that operational outputs align with SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory expectations. * Perform quality audits and assist with defining and tracking quality metrics for Medicare operations. *Requirements & Workflow Analysis* * Support requirements gathering and documentation for the replacement of the legacy SBM system. * Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements aligned with Salesforce architecture. * Assist with workflow optimization to reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency across internal teams and vendor partners. *CrossFunctional Collaboration* * Work closely with internal teams including Membership & Enrollment, Billing & Premium, Data Analytics, and Operations. * Collaborate as needed with offshore vendor partners. * Participate in crossfunctional working sessions to ensure reporting and quality needs are represented during system design and build. *Operational Support* * Support knowledge transfer, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration within the team. * Assist with operational readiness activities related to the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). * Ensure replacement processes and reports meet Medicare regulatory timelines and internal audit standards. *Required Qualifications* * 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience, with a strong focus on reporting, quality/audit, and operations. * Experience evaluating reports, validating data quality, and aligning outputs to documented requirements. * Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement. * Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements. * Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills. * Selfdirected, solutionoriented, and able to ramp up quickly in a fastpaced environment. * Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups, including offshore vendors. *NicetoHave Skills* * Healthcare, payer operations, Medicare, or premium billing experience. * Exposure to Salesforce or largescale system migration initiatives. * Experience with Billtrust or similar billing platforms. * Background in project management, data analysis, implementation, or internal operations. * Experience conducting quality audits or compliance reviews. *Why TEKsystems* TEKsystems connects top talent with meaningful contract opportunities that support highimpact initiatives.
