As a Senior Solution Analyst at Uline, you will lead solution design, collaborating with IT teams to streamline business process and systems at our growing North American company. Position Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders and IT colleagues to understand business needs and develop technical solutions for complex projects. Lead the production of timely and quality products, including specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes. Collaborate with a team of Solution Analysts, providing technical guidance to ensure strong performance. Review and document business processes, underlying systems, and applications to identify opportunities for improvement. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role. Experience with Finance / Accounts Receivable modernization projects a plus.
