*Type:* Contract (11 month contract) *Industry:* Healthcare Insurance *Job Description* TEKsystems is supporting a large healthcare payer within their Membership and Enrollment organization as they undergo a significant period of system and operational transformation. The organization is sunsetting a legacy tracking platform used for vendor oversight, enrollment/disenrollment, and membership activities, and transitioning to Salesforce. In parallel, the organization's Medicare line of business is preparing for upcoming regulatory and operational changes impacting approximately 20,000 members. This Project Manager role will lead endtoend project planning and execution across multiple workstreams, including system migration, operational readiness, reporting, quality, and change management. This individual will be a central driver of execution, accountability, and communication during a period of heavy change. The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized Project Manager with experience leading complex, crossfunctional initiatives-preferably within system integration or operational transformation environments. *Key Responsibilities* *Project Planning & Execution* * Own and manage the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) project checklist, ensuring all deliverables are tracked, current, and aligned with Medicare regulatory timelines. * Build and maintain the integrated project plan spanning April through 2027, capturing milestones, dependencies, risks, and key deliverables. * Oversee endtoend project sprints and execution across system, reporting, quality, billing, and enrollment workstreams. * Track progress against timelines and milestones, ensuring issues are surfaced early and addressed. *CrossFunctional Coordination* * Serve as the primary project liaison across internal departments and with offshore vendor partners. * Facilitate recurring project meetings, working sessions, and checkpoints to keep teams aligned and accountable. * Coordinate deliverables across multiple business units and provide continuity or workload support where needed. *Risk, Issue & Dependency Management* * Own and maintain project risk and issue logs, ensuring risks are identified, documented, escalated, and mitigated appropriately. * Monitor risks and dependencies tied to the Salesforce migration and the retirement of the legacy SBM platform. * Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute mitigation strategies across all impacted teams. *Documentation & Status Reporting* * Produce clear, concise project status updates for stakeholders and leadership. * Maintain documentation related to project plans, dependencies, deliverables, and offshore vendor performance. * Support audit readiness and compliance documentation associated with Medicare operations. *Operational Readiness & Change Support* * Ensure system and operational readiness ahead of Medicare deadlines and AEP. * Align project activities with reporting, billing, quality, enrollment, and compliance requirements. * Support testing, validation, and workflow alignment as processes transition from legacy systems to Salesforce. *Required Qualifications* * 5+ years of Project Management experience, including oversight of endtoend projects, system implementations, operations, or change management initiatives. * Proven experience managing multiworkstream, crossfunctional projects with competing priorities. * Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills. * Experience supporting system integration or technology onboarding initiatives. * Ability to work independently in fastpaced, highurgency environments. * Comfortable partnering with offshore vendors and internal operational teams. * Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and keep stakeholders aligned. *NicetoHave Skills (Not Required)* * Healthcare, payer operations, Medicare, or regulated project experience. * Familiarity with system migration efforts or implementation of new operational platforms. * Exposure to Salesforce. * Experience working with billing, premium, enrollment, or membership operations. * PMP certification, Agile exposure, or formal project planning experience. *Why TEKsystems* TEKsystems partners with organizations to deliver highimpact talent during critical transformation initiatives.
