For more information, please visit www.lggindustrial.com ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY Role Profile Position: Corporate Quality Admin Job Location: Meriwether (Branham) Job Type: Full-Time Status: Non-Exempt Summary of the Role Supports the Director of Quality Assurance in ISO Quality Management system maintenance. Responsibilities Corporate Quality Control: Record, edit, and publish quality procedures and documentation. Corporate Training Records: Records and Maintains training and Safety records for each corporate facility. Approved Suppliers: Assists Purchasing with all supplier quality related issues. Planning Coordinator: Assists in planning and scheduling events such as internal/external/vendor audits, ISO management meetings, Branch visits, Customer visits, etc. IMTE Calibration: Assists each branch location with recording all calibration records for easy retrieval. Maintains the NCR Reporting for branch locations. PMI duties on all P3H, PED, and any applicable processes associated with PMI. In-Process inspections. Skills and Abilities Understand the Company's Quality Policy and How you contribute to its success. Knowing the Company's Quality Objectives and how you contribute to their success. Knowing what procedures and work instructions define your work. Following the agreed practices. Demonstrating the ability to write information legibly. Language Skills: English Mathematical Skills: Basic Minimum Qualifications 1 or more years of Quality Assurance roles, or Inspector position. 2-Year A.S. Degree or equivalent work experience Physical Requirements and Work Environment While performing the duties of this position, the employee will be required to stand for extended periods of time at their workstations and be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Also, be able to sit at a desk behind a computer screen for extended periods of time. This job operates in a warehouse/office environment. Total Rewards
