Location: Marietta, GA - Onsite

Your Responsibilities:

• Administer safety programs, monitor compliance with job site safety, safety training, safety documentation, auditing, and reporting
• Support sales through involvement in job quotation and estimation, and provide technical sales assistance
• Approve estimates for scope of work, labor hours and material content, assesses profit risk of jobs, control material and labor costs and provide feedback to the District Manager
• Establish project timelines by meeting with customers to communicate and coordinate project schedules
• Manage other operations managers as they lead projects, assign personnel, oversee ordering of equipment and material, and assure that proper customer signoffs are secured per corporate policy requirements
• Oversee quotation of call-in work, transactional sales, and assign personnel as needed to ensure that quotes are delivered to customers on a timely basis
• Create strategic plans to grow service and development programs, including start-up, warranty, training / apprenticeship and tech tips
• Responsible for service forecast and work with Service & Solutions Sales Manager to help with estimating and contract renewals
• Work with the technician leadership team to resolve issues on highly challenging or high visible jobs - liaise between TRC, regional technical support, and customer representatives
• Develop VRV service business including digital service and root cause analysis reporting
• Provide leadership of tech metric analysis and cost control with reports to the District Manager, including but not limited to details on job status, revenue and operating income, and warranty recovery.
• Provide management and mentorship to Operations Managers and Operations Supervisors in the district, focused on developing skills in technician leadership, solutions and controls business, and geographic market competitiveness

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or combination of education and experience, with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
• 8+ years of related work experience in the commercial HVAC industry or related field
• 4+ years of prior experience managing technicians or employees in a similar role required
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC design, systems, applications, and energy saving solutions
• Demonstrated success in strategically leading business units

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $148,800 plus a targeted incentive plan in Georgia. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
