As a creative strategist and thought-partner, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering best-in-class creative expressions, driving significant impact on how our brand connects with the world. If you thrive under pressure, embrace change, and are energized by the challenge of transforming ideas into tangible experiences, this role offers an exciting platform for your entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative expertise. **What You Will Do:** * Manage creative production from initial planning through to final asset execution, ensuring the delivery of premium and inspirational stories and experiences.
* Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to execute projects against briefs, consistently delivering on time and within budget.
* Commission and manage a diverse network of creative partners, from world-renowned agencies to talented individuals, maintaining a focus on exceptional delivery.
* Drive budget management and contract execution in partnership with the Legal department, ensuring all productions comply with company processes to mitigate risk.
* Oversee production management on set or at activations, establishing run-of-show and maintaining production schedules.
* Act as the central communication point, seamlessly aligning internal and external teams on all project details.
* Nurture and expand an external creative network, building strong relationships within the industry on behalf of the brand.
* Proactively challenge briefs or project scopes, re-routing obstacles to discover innovative solutions and simplify complex information. **What You Bring:** **Must-Have Qualifications:** * Incredibly collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable with ambiguity, and a curious mindset.
* Demonstrated experience in creative or design operations.
* A commitment to staying current with future technology, industry trends, and creative partners.
* Experience producing across various mediums, including both physical and digital (e.g., content, experiences, retail builds).
* Proven experience managing complex timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
* Strategic thinking capabilities, able to cut through noise and challenge priorities to deliver optimal creative solutions.
* Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, working effectively with multiple business functions and senior stakeholders.
* No Bachelor's degree required.
* Ability to travel 10-20% of the time. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Familiarity with creative production tools like Airtable and Figma.
