**What You Will Do:**

* Lead, plan, coordinate, and provide technical support and problem resolution for activities related to the implementation and installation of computers, network equipment, audio/video systems, servers, and associated peripherals.

* Lead complex projects and initiatives, applying and documenting procedures for problem determination, resolution, and installation support.

* Build and maintain positive working relationships, collaborating effectively with customers, management, engineering partners, and peers.

* Act as a role model, coaching and mentoring team members, and participating in coordinating various project and support tasks.

* Utilize strong analytical skills and technical knowledge to provide operational and business support for various computer systems to internal customers.

* Provide guidance to customers on equipment standards and expenditures, ensuring adherence to established policies and guidelines.

* Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's objectives and the organization's technological needs.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Three years of customer-facing end-user technology support experience.

* Active Driver's License.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Advanced knowledge of standard operating systems and office productivity suites.

* Knowledge of diverse operating systems.

* Strong customer service skills and effective oral and written communication.

* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

* Demonstrated advanced knowledge of desktop/laptop configurations and operating systems, telephony, audio/video, and collaboration technologies, as well as server functionality, configurations, and network topology.

* Ability to manage and work within a team environment, displaying professional maturity and positively representing the IT department.

* Solid leadership and project management skills, capable of managing multiple large projects while maintaining day-to-day support activities.

* Ability to adjust priorities dynamically to account for changes in business needs.

* Aptitude to isolate and resolve hardware, software, audio/video, facility, and network infrastructure problems on workstations, servers, voice, and network devices within established guidelines.

* Ability to accurately assess and understand customer needs and work with a sense of urgency to satisfy those needs within negotiated timeframes.

* Ability to interface effectively with customers and IT support partners in customer service/support situations.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37 to $41. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
