CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Land Development to join our Land Development Team in Cary, NC; Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; or Richmond, VA. This is a senior level leadership role for a proven project manager and business developer who is ready to grow client relationships, lead complex projects, and help expand CHA's presence across the Southeast. As a Senior Project Manager at CHA, you will lead land development projects from pursuit through delivery-ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and on budget-while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and financial performance. Approximately 50% of this role is dedicated to business development, including leveraging existing client relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and driving repeat work. This position is ideal for a professional who combines technical expertise with strong client-facing and leadership skills and is motivated by growing both projects and people. What You'll Do:

Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
