Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As member of Infrastructure Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory team, support clients on buyside, sell-side, and financing opportunities in energy vertical as well as other infrastructure asset classes, such as power and renewables, utilities, and transport, including creating financial models and analyzing financial statements, developing various methods of valuing transactions, managing execution of transactions by coordinating due diligence across multiple stakeholders, preparing presentation materials and information memoranda, and managing team of analysts and associates. What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics) and 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of investment banking and/or management consulting experience with focus on energy and/or infrastructure Prior experience must include 3 years working on all aspects of investment process, including performing financial modeling, performing structural modeling and transaction structuring, performing transaction due diligence, and preparing transaction documentation 3 years working with various financial markets, including equity structures, mezzanine financings, preferred equity deals, bank financings, and capital markets 3 years writing investment memoranda, including evaluating risk and recommending structuring options. Salary range for this position: $260,000 - $275,000/Year. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
