Your Job

Molex is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and contribution motivated Senior Manager of Supply Chain Finance to support Molex in a global capacity. This position is a high-profile role, reporting to the VP of Finance for the Global Operations & Supply Chain capability as well as a partnership role with VP of Supply Chain & Chief Procurement Officer. This is an opportunity to lead economic thinking over a large portion of the over cost portion of Molex.


What You Will Do

  • Talent development of direct reports and finance partners through application of Principle Based Management TM
  • Create transparency & conduct economic thinking to reduce economic impact of $0.4B in potential tariff exposure
  • As a principled entrepreneur, manage "last mile" Global Supply Chain Hub P&L, balance sheet & KPI's to improve business outcomes for $5B Revenue, $0.5B NIAT and $0.6B inventory portion of Molex.
  • Business partner with logistics capability including freight & supply chain network to improve service level & cost competitiveness
  • Data strategy partnership with R&A, reporting & analysis for Global End-to-End Supply Chain costs in support of SVP of Supply Chain
  • Data strategy partnership with R&A, reporting & analysis for One Molex GSOP&E to improve service levels profitability.
  • Global role DMF owner for new customer VMI location considerations

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably with an emphasis in business, data science, economics or accounting.
  • Minimum 8+ years of working in finance or data roles supporting manufacturing and/or supply chain
  • Deep understanding of relationship between cost, service levels & pricing.
  • This role values judgment, urgency and influence over mathematical optimization

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Structured thinker with ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex ideas
  • Ability to rapidly assess tradeoffs across profit, customer impact and operational feasibility.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data & system skills to access information across many platforms for rapid decision making (SAP, Kinaxis, Snowflake, etc)
  • Able to build relationships with team members and internal customers
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capability

For this role, we anticipate paying $125,000 - $150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
