Sr Product Owner

We're looking for a Senior Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and execution. In this role, you'll own the vision and delivery of enterprisescale digital products that power critical operations. If you're passionate about building meaningful solutions, influencing outcomes, and partnering closely with engineering and stakeholders, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for highimpact digital platforms
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with engineering, UX, data, and business leaders to deliver value iteratively
• Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and refinement to maximize business outcomes
• Use data, metrics, and user feedback to inform decisions and continuously improve products
• Serve as the voice of the customer while balancing operational, technical, and strategic needs
• Support divisional operations as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience owning enterprise or highly integrated digital products
• Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with technical delivery teams
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and turning complex problems into simple solutions
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and nontechnical audiences
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles
• Experience supporting largescale, operational, or datadriven platforms preferred
• Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
