Job Description: Title: Director, Analytics Role The Technology Director, Technology & Analytics serves as a strategic and operational leader across a leading OEM Dealer Digital program's technology ecosystem. This role provides stability and thoughtful evolution across Salesforce, automation bots, Tableau reporting, and emerging AI capabilities. The role builds on an established foundation while ensuring platforms continue to scale with quality, governance, and performance. Core Technology Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate This is a hands-on technology leadership role combining platform ownership with direct people leadership. The Technology Director operates as a player-coach, leading a team of four (CRM Lead and Data & Analytics Lead among them) while remaining deeply engaged in execution. "I am looking for a diplomatic leader who can synthesize differing opinions into a unified strategy. This role requires more than just technology and project management; it requires professional gravitas to counsel OEM executives and the operational discipline to keep diverse delivery initiatives on track. You must be passionate about the future of digital automotive retail and possess the communication skills to inspire both your team and your client." This position has a starting salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 USD per year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee's pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
