Overview

We are looking for a strategic Americas Portfolio & Growth Manager to lead the TASKI product portfolio and drive profitable growth across North America and Latin America. This role sits within the global TASKI portfolio organization and serves as the regional marketing and portfolio lead-shaping priorities, advancing innovation, and ensuring successful commercial adoption of new products and solutions across the Americas.

What You'll Do
  • Own and lead the TASKI portfolio strategy across the Americas, driving growth, profitability, and portfolio performance.
  • Define regional portfolio priorities, product positioning, and pricing strategies aligned with global direction.
  • Manage product lifecycles, including new product introductions, mix optimization, and innovation rollouts.
  • Translate market insights into actionable growth initiatives, programs, and marketing strategies.
  • Partner closely with Global Marketing, regional Sales leadership, and crossfunctional teams to ensure commercialization readiness and strong market activation.
  • Localize and develop product support and marketing content; support field teams through launches, training, and portfolio communication.
  • Contribute as an active member of global TASKI functional teams, supporting initiatives that drive growth across regions.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in product or portfolio management; B2B or professional equipment industry experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio and product lifecycle management expertise with proven commercial acumen.
  • Ability to translate market and customer insights into clear recommendations and executable growth plans.
  • Excellent crossfunctional leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Highly organized, selfdriven, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% across the region.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $107,500.00 and $157,663.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
