  • Location: CW Linen Services 60 Belamose Ave Rocky Hill, CT

  • Schedule: Can vary to meet needs of the contract Sunday through Saturday; Up to 40 hours per week (including holidays)


We're looking for a reliable, detailoriented commercial Laundry Assembly associate to join our fastpaced production team. If you enjoy handson work, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly, this role is a great fit.



  • Sort, fold, and assemble commercial laundry items such as linens, uniforms, and towels

  • Inspect items for quality, stains, or damage before packaging

  • Operate basic laundry equipment (training provided)

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • Meet daily production goals while following safety and quality standards

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.


What You'll Need to be Successful:



  • No prior experience required - we provide full training.

  • Ability to work in a warm, fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to meet daily production deadlines.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.


Bonus If You Have These Skills:



  • Experience working as a laundry assembler or similar role.

  • Experience in a commercial laundry, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.

  • Knowledge of different fabric types and appropriate care methods.

  • Familiarity with industrial laundry equipment and its operation.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

Physical & Environmental Demands:



  • Lifting: Must be able to lift, carry, and move laundry bundles or products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

  • Standing: The role requires standing and remaining on one's feet for the majority of the workday.

  • Repetitive Motion: The position involves frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand and arm movements.

  • Pushing/Pulling: Must be able to push and pull carts, racks, or bins that may be heavily loaded with linens.

  • Manual Dexterity: Must be able to maintain sufficient handeye coordination to fold, sort, and assemble items quickly and accurately.

  • Visual Inspection: The role requires the ability to visually inspect items for stains, tears, or other quality issues.

  • Work Environment: The job is performed in a warm, humid, and fastpaced industrial laundry facility.

  • Equipment Exposure: The associate will work near commercial laundry equipment that generates heat, steam, and noise, all within established safety guidelines.

  • Flooring: The position requires standing and moving on concrete floors for extended periods.

  • Noise Levels: Frequent exposure to moderate noise levels typical of industrial operations.

  • Machinery: The role involves working around moving machinery and navigating around carts, bins, and equipment in a busy production area.

  • Soiled Linens: Frequent exposure to soiled linens while following proper sanitation and hygiene procedures.

  • Chemicals: Frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required.
