About The Role

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimizing downtime. Additionally, this role includes performing certification training for other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

What You Will Do




  • Perform routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.



  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery and systems.



  • Configure and repair web-based electronic components as needed.



  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance policies.



  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repair activities.



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance procedures.



  • Provide technical support and mentorship to junior technicians.



  • Lead team development through task delegation and skill-building initiatives.



  • Deliver certification and training programs to enhance team capabilities.



  • Corrective and Preventive maintenance



  • L2 Diagnose and troubleshoot



  • Key technical support



  • Deliver Certification Training



  • CMRT: Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician



  • PLCs: Programmable Logic Controllers




What You Bring




  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.



  • 4+ years of related work experience.



  • Proven experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance.



  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CMRT, Electrical Maintenance Certification) required.



  • Understanding of PLCs, motors, control systems, and schematics.



  • Ability to read/interpret technical manuals/blueprints.



  • Excellent problem-solving skills/attention to detail.



  • Strong communication/teamwork abilities.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
