What to Expect Tesla is looking for a highly motivated Computed Tomography Laboratory Supervisor to manage shift teams of scanning and disposition technicians in the Cell Manufacturing Computed Tomography Laboratory. The laboratory performs routine Computed Tomography scanning and imaging for cutting-edge Tesla battery cells. In this role, you will work closely with Quality and Engineering technicians, Product Integration, Production and Quality Engineers under the guidance of the Quality Operations Laboratory Manager to supervise and manage Computed Tomography processes, failure analysis, and reporting with the highest standards of safety, quality, and output. In addition to people management, you will oversee laboratory operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
