Customer Service Dispatcher Description: Prioritize and schedule calls according to importance and urgency Maintain contact with service technicians throughout the day Input new service calls given to the service technicians onsite Assists customers with any questions regarding their service requests Promptly and effectively communicate with other departments, technicians, and management. Monitor the status of parts on order for open jobs Serve as backup for other dispatchers Must be able to work rotational on-call schedules. Any other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience Minimum 3-5 years of dispatching experience Have an extensive knowledge of the food service industry High School diploma or equivalent.
