Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of performance media strategies across retail media networks (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads) to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
  • Partner closely with Retail Marketing, Sales, and Category teams to align media plans with product launches, promotional calendars, and inventory priorities across multiple retail partners.
  • Translate retail marketing objectives and business goals into actionable media briefs and executable plans aligned with funding sources.
  • Drive execution and optimization of retail performance media plans across lower- and mid-funnel tactics including sponsored products, sponsored brands, display, programmatic, and paid search.
  • Define and track KPIs (ROAS, TACOS, sell-through, share of voice, new-to-brand) and deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to Retail Marketing stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day agency relationships across self-service and managed platforms, ensuring performance, efficiency, and alignment with Retail Marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate on retail media planning and optimization for key moments (e.g., Back to School, Holiday), ensuring plans support broader marketing strategies across all retail partners.
  • Serve as a performance media subject matter expert and key partner to the Retail Marketing organization, providing guidance on investment strategy, optimization opportunities, and retail media best practices.
  • Track spend and ensure utilization at maximum impact.
  • Support the development and scaling of retail media best practices within the NA in-house media team to drive consistency and performance across retailers.
  • Manage alliance compliance and proof-of-execution processes to ensure accurate reporting, maximize funding recovery, and maintain strong partner alignment.
  • Ensure alignment and integration across retail media, brand media, paid search, and paid social support for a cohesive, full-funnel customer journey.
  • Translate performance data into insights and strategic recommendations to inform Retail Marketing decisions and future investment planning across all retail partners.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance media planning, retail media, eCommerce media, or paid search/media strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, or similar marketplace environments.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, attribution models, and retail media measurement frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize toward performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue growth.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with retail, eCommerce, sales, and category teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience within technology, consumer electronics, or large enterprise organizations preferred.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $85k-110K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
