Inside Medical Device Sales Representative - Urology

Bravida Medical | FullTime | Onsite (Hybrid Potential)

Pay: $20/hour base + monthly commission
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Description

Bravida Medical develops clinically proven solutions that improve quality of life for patients. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support our Urology product line by assisting patients via inbound and outbound calls.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and meeting sales goals-without highpressure sales tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote medical devices and supplies to patients through inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct educationbased sales conversations focused on patient needs
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Answer questions related to products, insurance, and documentation requirements
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Build strong patient relationships
  • Accurately collect patient information and document all interactions in CRM
  • Follow Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and private insurance regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient health information
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain dependable attendance

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience required (healthcare device or insurance preferred)
  • Strong closing and objectionhandling skills
  • Excellent phone presence and customer service skills
  • Clear communication, active listening, and empathy
  • Ability to relate compassionately to elderly patients
  • Comfortable using MS Office, CRM systems, and phone software
  • Positive attitude, selfmotivated, goaloriented, and reliable
  • Medical or healthcare industry knowledge a plus
