Job Summary
Westat is seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT systems support resource to support our Financial Planning & Analysis team's deployment of IBM TM1. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial management principles, government regulations, and a proven track record of successfully overseeing financial systems to support forecasting and reporting.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement at our corporate headquarters (1-2 days per week, flexible hours) in Bethesda, Maryland.

Job Responsibilities
* Support the development of new processes, tools, and reports that add value to the decision-making process of the business.
* Lead efforts to develop new capabilities, applications and modernizing existing system features.
* Participate in building a culture that is team-oriented and committed to financial excellence through mentoring, training, and assisting to develop systems and processes for the FP&A department.
* Assist with the corporate annual planning process, quarterly forecasts, and quarterly business reviews.
* Stay current with trends in information technology and advise on innovative technologies and solutions.
* Participate in the development of future AI automation related to business processes and reporting.
* Develop, implement, and maintain SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
* Other responsibilities as delegated/assigned by the Sr. Manager, Project Controls, the Controller or the CFO

Basic Qualifications
* Typically requires a bachelor's degree in IT or related business field and at least 10 years of progressive system support experience.
* Advanced knowledge of multi-dimensional modeling concepts and report development in support of financial planning and analysis, budget formulation and financial analysis.
* IBM TM1 (Admin Support / Architecture / Backend systems and security)
* Deltek Costpoint (Interface)
* Cognos (Report Development)

Preferred Qualifications
* PAx Reporting (Excel Based Planning Analytics)
* Demonstrated communication and collaborations skills with all levels of the organization.
* Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to independently establish priorities, manage projects, and execute complex business and financial assignments.
* Detail-oriented.
