We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Outbound Coordinator who is responsible for assisting with all outbound operations within the organization. The Outbound Coordinator acts as a liaison between the warehouse, shipping partners, customer service, and internal teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.

- Assist with coordinating and scheduling outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
- Assist with the picking, packing, labeling, and preparation of emergency orders for shipment.
- Fill in for Outbound leads when needed.
- Assist with managing emails sent to the Outbound distribution email.
- Assist with managing the Outbound WMS picking control board.
- Maintain accurate records for any errors with picking, packing or shipping.
- Create and maintain reports tracking safety, quality and efficiency.
- Work with the automated picking system
- Address CSRs inquiries related to outbound shipments, delivery schedules, and tracking.
- Identify process improvements and best practices in outbound processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three years' experience in warehouse environment within Outbound operations.
- Experience with WMS.
- Minimum of one year experience in a lead/coordinator role.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be substituted (minimum three years' experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Computer skills including Microsoft Windows programs (i.e. Word and Excel). Strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience in outbound shipping management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience in coordinating and directing operations.
- Highly efficient techniques and skills.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to move parts and material up to 50lbs. in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to bend and lift throughout the day, manually unloading and loading merchandise.
- Ability to work at heights (up to 22 ft high on cherry pickers)
- Ability to bend and stoop repetitively.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures.
- Ability to go up and down mobile stairs on a consistent basis all day.
