Position Description

We arelooking for an EHS Manager to lead anddesigntheimplementation ofenvironmental, health, and safetysystems for ourData CenterHVAC Service Team. This role iscriticalto ensuring a safety start-up and fostering a strong safety culture from day oneinsupport ofour mission to safely producecooling and infrastructure solutions for data centers.

Travel: 40 - 50%

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implementEHS policies, procedures, and training programs forour HVAC Service, Maintenance,Commissioning, and Controls Teams.
  • Ensure compliance with federalsafety, andlocal environmental, safety, and health regulations.
  • Lead job hazard analysis, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Create anddeliversafety orientation and training for all new hires and contractors.
  • Designandimplementingenvironmental management systems (i.e.waste handling, emissions, reporting).
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and corrective actions to drive a safety and complaint workplace.
  • Partner with leadership and employees tobuild a proactive,behavior-basedsafety culture.

Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree inOccupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, orrelatedfield
  • 5+ years of experience within aconstructionenvironment, preferably in HVAC,or industrial equipmentservice andmaintenance
  • OSHA 500 & OSHA 510
  • Experience implementing quality systems in a construction start-up or ramp up
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Other certifications or education considered: Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO), Certified Safety Manager - Construction (CSMC), or Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
