Position Description:

ATI is seeking an energetic Events Administrator to enhance our ability to plan and execute high-quality events in support of our programs. The Events Administrator will support the Events Manager to handle events from start to finish, collaborating closely with in-house program teams and external vendors. Our ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, has successfully worked on events with 500+ attendees, and has a great deal of self-sufficiency in accomplishing their duties. Our goal is to more efficiently manage the significant increase in the number of program events, improve the offering at these events, and share best practices across our programs.

We offer a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility.

**The grade, title and salary for this position will be determined once an assessment is completed on theselected candidateseducation, experience, and skills (level assignedwill be as either an Events Administrator or Sr. Events Administrator).**

Essential Functions:

Assist the Sr. Events Manager and Sr. Events Administrator in all aspects of the event planning process, including: Request for Proposals, Banquet Event Orders, budget development, and communication with the venues, Invoicing, ePRs, Cvent, Virtual Events.

Collaborate with all departments within the company as well as venue representatives.

Attend events to support execution and capture opportunities for improvement. Manage event set up, tear down and follow-ups.

Assist the Sr. Events Administrator with updating Event Databases to capture accurate attendance records, event feedback and lessons learned.

Support event tool use and training, specifically: Cvent, Zoom, Meetup Tool and Teams and others as needed.

Assists with planning and executing internal meetings such as webinars and training as needed

Additional Responsibilities:

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field preferred with two or more years of proven and directly related experience in events management.

Proven track record of identifying and maximizing event opportunities

Must be a self-starter who requires little to no supervision to meet corporate goals

Excellent time management and communication skills required

Ability to work independently

Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners

Experience coordinating large-scale Hybrid and Virtual (500+ attendees, exhibitions, convention centers)

Familiarity with event registration software

Ability to work under strict deadlines

$55,000 - $60,000
