RN Clinical Resource Nurse Med Surg Orthopedic Oncology Job Ref: 34066 Category: Nursing Location: 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742 Department: Adult Medical/Surgical/Orthopedic/Oncology Schedule: Full Time Shift: Day/Eve shift Hours: 7-7p Pay Range: $37.00 - $73.00 per hour Emerson Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Resource Nurse to support clinical excellence, staff development, and patient-centered care within a high performing acute care environment. This role partners closely with the Nurse Manager and Clinical Educator to drive unit operations, strengthen clinical competency, and improve patient outcomes. The Clinical Resource Nurse plays a key leadership role at the bedside, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring safe, high quality care delivery across the patient population.
