SummaryThe Treasurer is responsible for leading Varex Imaging's global treasury function and serving as the enterprise owner of liquidity, capital structure, financial risk management, and treasury governance. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight across cash management, debt and credit administration, insurance programs, investment management, and global risk mitigation. The Senior Director acts as a key advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors, ensuring strong financial stewardship, risk management, and scalability in support of the Company's long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the global corporate treasury function, with enterprise accountability for cash, liquidity, debt, capital structure, and financial risk management.
  • Provides strategic oversight and direction for global cash management, cash forecasting, pooling structures, and liquidity optimization.
  • Partners with the CFO and executive leadership to optimize capital structure, capital allocation decisions, and longterm funding strategies.
  • Oversees corporate credit administration, including credit facilities, guarantees, letters of credit, and covenant compliance.
  • Serves as custodian for the Company's debt instruments and maintains seniorlevel relationships with lenders, banks, and rating agencies.
  • Owns enterprisewide foreign currency hedging, interest rate risk management, and broader financial risk mitigation strategies across global operations.
  • Oversees the Company's cash and investment portfolio, ensuring adherence to approved investment policies and risk tolerances.
  • Has executive accountability for the enterprise business insurance portfolio, including program design, renewals, claims strategy, and broker relationships.
  • Establishes and maintains treasury policies, controls, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and risk discipline.
  • Provides strong executive presence and regularly interfaces with senior leadership, the Audit Committee, and Board of Directors on treasuryrelated matters.
  • Leads, develops, and scales a highperforming global treasury organization, ensuring succession planning, capability development, and operational excellence.
  • Drives continuous improvement of treasury systems, tools, and processes, including ERP, banking platforms, and treasury management systems.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Deep expertise in global treasury, corporate finance, capital markets, and financial risk management.
  • Strong understanding of debt instruments, liquidity management, foreign exchange, interest rate hedging, and investment governance.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, global organizations and influence at the executive and Board level.
  • Exceptional judgment, analytical capability, and ability to balance risk management with business growth objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial topics to nonfinancial stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Extensive experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems, treasury management systems, and global banking platforms.

Education and Experience

  • B.S. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive treasury or finance experience, including significant global leadership experience.

Required Certifications and Training

  • Treasury or finance certification (e.g., CTP) strongly preferred.
  • Completion of LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibilities and governance requirements
