Summary/Objective
The Senior HR Manager - Teichert Materials position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business unit(s). The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful person acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, this role seeks to develop integrated solutions. This role formulates partnerships to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. This role maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its strategic plans, its culture, and its competition. This role understands the organization's value chain and applies financial principles (cost-benefit analysis) to talent decisions. Supervisory Responsibility This position has the possibility for direct reports. Will coach and mentor other HR positions regardless of team structure. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work as job duties demand. Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area travel may be expected. Periodic overnight travel to attend meetings and build relationships. BASE SALARY RANGE: $116,667.00 - $163,333.00 The range displayed reflects the range the company reasonable expects to pay for the position.
