Join our dynamic clinical laboratory team as a Laboratory Assistant Coordinator, where precision meets purpose and every improvement you make has a direct impact on patient care. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with Laboratory Assistants and Phlebotomists to enhance and streamline processes across the entire testing cycle-from pre-analytic preparation to analytic performance and post-analytic reporting. You'll take the lead in refining specimen handling and retention practices, strengthening quality control measures, supporting point-of-care testing, and ensuring accurate, timely result reporting in full compliance with CAP standards.

This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on both detail and innovation. You'll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and performance improvements, helping shape a culture grounded in excellence, accountability, and continuous growth. Beyond operations, you'll be a problem-solver and change leader-navigating challenges, resolving conflicts, and guiding your team through evolving priorities with confidence and clarity.
