IMMEDIATE ORDER PROCESSOR JOB OPPORTUNITY OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST PROVIDERS OF SOUND DEVICES AND ENTERTAINMENT SOLUTIONS FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-530PM FARMINGDALE, NY (IN OFFICE ONLY) $25/HR Qualifications: 2 years of of order processing experience Experience using ERP systems Experience processing invoices Microsoft Office proficient Great communication skills Description * Manage RMA/returns process and execution * Track and execute memo loans, both outgoing and returning * Back up Order entry and domestic shipment support * Day to day admin and dealing with customers specific needs for orders * Coordinating with sales team to ensure the orders are getting out in a timely manner * Raising support team invoices for warranties and service visits or spares orders * Assist support team with critical shipments to on-site visits * Customer service - Handle various rep/customer calls for various issues. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmingdale, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
