Customer Service Specialist Location: Onsite in Livermore, CA Join a Team Making a Real Difference As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients and healthcare providers-ensuring accurate results, excellent service, and a positive customer experience every day. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fastpaced, highvolume call center environment where your work directly impacts patient care and satisfaction. What You'll Do As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll manage both inbound and outbound calls while delivering professional, compassionate support. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling highvolume inbound and outbound customer calls * Collecting, receiving, and accurately documenting INR results * Using scripted call guides to conduct patient outreach * Communicating INR results to physicians according to clinic preferences and company protocols * Supporting patient adherence to prescribed testing schedules * Assisting customers with the use of digital tools and promoting digital platform adoption * Providing basic product support and instructions for INR testing devices * Managing supply orders and updating demographic, plan, or physician information * Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism * Maintaining strong time management, schedule adherence, and attendance * Ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA, privacy, security, and regulatory guidelines Qualifications You'll stand out even more if you have: * 2+ years of highvolume call center experience * 2+ years of experience in a clinical or healthcare environment * An Associate's degree Why You'll Love Working Here (Employee Value Proposition) * Be part of a Fortune100 enterprise with a strong mission and global reach * Gain exposure to a fastpaced, innovative healthcare organization * Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams and global partners * Develop valuable experience supporting digital health and remote monitoring solutions * Work in an environment where your contribution truly makes an impact Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Livermore, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
