**What you'll do:**

* Provide high-touch technical support to strategic clients, facilitating their migration between different technical platforms and APIs.

* Manage relationships with a portfolio of key partners, engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.

* Design innovative support solutions for complex customer challenges, identifying scalable patterns for broader partner application.

* Conduct thorough implementation reviews, champion new platform features, educate partners, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

* Communicate pre-migration assessments, identify and flag potential errors, and address migration-related issues proactively.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, product management, and partner operations teams to enhance client integrations and propose tool improvements for optimized processes and performance.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 4-5 years of experience in a technical, partner-facing role with a strong customer focus.

* Experience coding in one or more general-purpose languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C, or C++) including data structures, algorithms, and software design.

* Deep expertise with RESTful APIs, including integration, troubleshooting, and debugging. Coding skills are required.

* Proficiency in SQL for managing and analyzing data.

* Proven project management skills, with experience in managing complex technical migrations.

* Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

* Fluent English is required.

**Appreciated Qualifications:**

* Experience with relevant e-commerce or retail-focused APIs is a significant advantage.

* Proficiency in other languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese).
