What We Do Escrow Support Processor - Centralized Operations (Cherry Creek, CO - In Office)
This role is the operational backbone of our centralized processing team, handling all clerical work tied to escrow openings and closings. By managing high-volume document processing, this position allows branch teams to stay focused on customers while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency behind the scenes.
You'll work closely with escrow branches providing clear instructions and support while operating in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

How You'll Contribute

  • Set up and open escrow files; prepare correspondence and order preliminary title reports

  • Support escrow closings, including preparing closing statements and letters

  • Process fund disbursements with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance

  • Order payoffs, liens, HOA documents, and insurance evidence

  • Coordinate courier scheduling and delivery instructions

  • Distribute preliminary reports and communicate with escrow branches as needed

  • Troubleshoot issues and follow established procedures and regulatory guidelines

  • Contribute to team performance and help drive results in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of escrow processing experience preferred-but we're willing to train the right candidate with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of escrow procedures and regulatory requirements (or the ability to learn quickly)

  • Working knowledge of escrow operations or similar administrative processes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build effective working relationships within a team
