Description and Requirements

The Infrastructure Solutions (ISG) Inside Sales Leader drives end-to-end growth, customer outcomes, and strategic engagement across Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) portfolio. This role leads a Morrisville-based sales team, owns sales strategy for ISG, and supports Corporate and Public Sector accounts across North America. It is a quota-carrying position focused on expanding Lenovo's Edge-to-Cloud portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings strong industry experience, effective sales leadership, and the ability to build trusted relationships across customer and partner organizations. The role requires disciplined execution and the ability to scale a high-performing sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with clear expectations and accountability.

  • Manage pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and overall Business Management System for ISG.

  • Build and execute sales strategies that achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within Corporate and Public Sector accounts.

  • Grow acquisition and existing business across Lenovo's full ISG portfolio.

  • Ensure effective use of MS Dynamics and digital tools to track performance and drive operational excellence.

  • Use AI and digital productivity tools to improve insight and team efficiency.

  • Collaborate with inside sellers, specialists, marketing, operations, and services teams to ensure coordinated customer engagement.

  • Align sales motions with industry trends including Edge, Analytics/AI, and Cloud.

  • Build scalable processes that support customer satisfaction, efficiency, and new account development.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of technology sales experience in a quota-carrying role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • People-leadership experience managing sales teams

  • Server, storage, or data-center portfolio experience

  • In-office requirement: 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building coverage models and vertical go-to-market strategies

  • Strong channel and partner engagement experience

  • Proven success in new-business development and acquisition sales

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Demonstrated forecasting accuracy and consistent revenue growth

  • Field sales or direct customer-engagement experience

  • Ability to travel domestically occasionally

  • Consultative approach linking technology solutions to business outcomes

  • Strong territory planning and end-to-end deal management skills
