The Cloud Solution Architect is a key member of Infor's Industry Innovation team. Focused on innovation, this position is responsible for development and maintenance of industry business processes using the Infor Process Intelligence (IPI) tooling. This includes any associated Infor Deployment Method (IDM) templates and tools. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Collaborate with HRT IPC team to define specialized solutions based on industries including Healthcare, Public Sector and Corporate/Services using applications including GHR, Payroll, Talent Management, WFM. Develop and maintain industry business processes that drive the HRT applications. Develop and maintain supporting documentation for Infor Deployment Method playbooks. Support and contribute to existing and emerging internal Infor initiatives (e.g., Time to Value (T2V)). Support and contribute to other team tools including process modeler, process mining, automated testing. Basic Qualifications: Experience with HRT services implementations of Infor HRT products. Experience with HR, Talent, and payroll business processes. Experience with Healthcare, Public Sector or Corporate/Services industries. Experience collaborating at all levels of an organization with the ability to understand business processes and how they relate to delivered applications. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Infor GHR Benefits, GHR Payroll, WFM applications preferred. Consulting experience implementing Infor applications preferred.
