What the day will look like

As a North America Reporting Analyst, you will be a contributing member of the US Commercial Risk & Health Sales and Marketing team. Not only will you help to operationalize a growth strategy and measure business activities in the US Commercial Risk & Health businesses, but you will also directly collaborate with top leaders in the organization.

  • Serve as a primary local point of contact for the North America Reporting Suite, supporting commercial stakeholders with access, navigation, and day-to-day usage.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement/Operations, reporting product owners, and BI teams to capture requirements, triage issues, and drive an enhancement backlog aligned to commercial priorities.
  • Develop and deliver enablement (office hours, quick reference guides, targeted training) to increase adoption, improve data literacy, and ensure consistent interpretation of KPIs.
  • Operationalize reporting within key North America commercial processes (e.g., Strategic Account Reviews, Quarterly Producer Reviews, Jeopardy, Client Planning) by defining standard views, cadences, and pre-read packages.
  • Supervise usage and adoption metrics (views, active users, frequency) and recommend interventions to drive sustained, role-based consumption.
  • Provide feedback to improve data quality, definitions, and source alignment; partner with data owners to resolve recurring data issues and document business rules.
  • Coordinate release communications for new features and enhancements (what changed, who is impacted, how to use), and support change management through launch plans.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of data analysis and reporting experience
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of CRM Platforms
  • Experience using AI tools and creating prompts
  • Proven track record of being detailed and accurate
  • Hard-worker who can prioritize multiple projects
  • Able to work in New York City 2 to 3 days per week

Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $69,900 to $75,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
