Description and Requirements
We are looking for a Services Data Analyst who enjoys using data to solve business problems and create clear, impactful insights. In this role, you will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze and transform data, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support reporting, decisionmaking, and operational performance. You'll work on meaningful BI projects endtoend while helping ensure data accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role based in our Morrisville, NC office.
Responsibilities:
  • BI & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade power BI solutions, including complex DAX measures, dynamic reports, interactive dashboards for KPI tracking, and dataset monitoring and optimization.
  • Data Analysis & Insight Delivery: Perform in-depth data analysis, data cleaning, data transformation, and advanced analytics to uncover business insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Warehouse & ETL Maintenance: Architect, optimize, and maintain data warehouses; develop high-performance SQL queries, monitor and stabilize ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Project Management: Lead or participate in end-to-end data & BI projects, including requirement collection, planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and delivery coordination to ensure on-time and high-quality project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Finance to translate business needs into structured data requirements, reports, and dashboards.
  • Data Governance & Foundation Support: Implement data governance standards, data uploading, integration, and consolidation processes to build a reliable data foundation.
  • Ad-hoc Data & Reporting Support: Provide timely ad-hoc data extraction, analysis, and reporting support for business teams.
  • System & Operation Maintenance: Oversee data analysis and BI systems, troubleshoot technical issues promptly, and ensure stable operation.
  • Deep Dive & Process Optimization: Conduct root-cause analysis for exceptional cases, review and optimize data-related processes.
  • Quarterly Closing Data Support: Ensure accurate and timely data support for quarterly financial and business closing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of working experience in data engineering, data analysis, BI development, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI Desktop development (data modeling, DAX, visualization).
  • Advanced SQL proficiency (2+ years with MS SQL and Hive SQL), including query optimization and performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent English (written/spoken) for global stakeholder communication and collaboration.
  • Proven track record of independently delivering end-to-end BI and data projects.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences and clarify ambiguous business requirements.
  • Strong background in Data Analysis, BI, and Project Management.
  • Experience or educational background in AI or Data Scientist is a strong plus.
  • Experience managing or contributing to fast-paced, cross-departmental data & BI projects.
  • Exposure to multiple business domains (e.g., retail, finance, logistics).
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
