JOB MISSION:

The Global Creative Operations Associate supports end to end execution of New Balance marketing campaigns by managing the workflows supported by the Global Creative Studio. This role serves as the connection between marketing, creative and cross-functional stakeholders, leading incoming creative requests through actionable workflows, defining timelines and coordinating resources to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables across channels.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage creative workflow of all incoming campaign creative requests across multiple outlets (NB.com, Retail, Wholesale, Social, etc)

  • Review all incoming creative requests and follow up with project owner on any missing information, ensuring project briefs are complete before work begins

  • Assign copywriter and designer resources based on capacity

  • Communicate new project assignments to creative team weekly

  • Define creative timelines and monitor progress against project schedule, adjusting timelines if needed as project progresses

  • Organizing, attending, leading (where necessary) and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

  • Consistently communicate project updates to project lead and stakeholders

  • Escalate project, capacity, and process concerns to Creative Operations Manager when necessary

  • Assess project risks and issues, raising to stakeholders and Creative Operations Manager, providing solutions where applicable

  • Collaborate with Global and North America Marketing teams, designers, writers, creative leads, internal production teams, product and merchandising teams where applicable

  • Ensure deliverables meet brand and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • BA degree preferred

  • 3+ years' minimum experience in a similar role, preferably creative operations or project management

  • Strong communication and project management skills

  • Attention to detail, organized ways of working

  • Has a general knowledge of project management platforms; Asana is a plus

  • Experience partnering with designers, copywriters, client and site development teams

  • Agency experience a plus

  • Strong customer service approach and style

  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple NB office/region locations

Boston, MA Headquarters - (NB) Only Pay Range: $70,600.00 - $90,500.00 - $110,400.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

Flexible Work Schedule

Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
