Daily Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor central material handling systems, including silos, vacuum conveying, and distribution systems
• Support and maintain material drying equipment, including systems such as Wittmann and Conair dryers
• Troubleshoot material flow issues, including feed loss, blockages, and vacuum faults
• Ensure accurate material usage, traceability, and process compliance
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and system checks to maintain optimal performance
• Assist with material trials, system setups, and process adjustments
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, uptime, and scrap reduction
• Work directly on the production floor to support molding and material operations

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience with material handling systems or plastic molding operations preferred
• Knowledge of resin handling and drying processes is a plus
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, production floor environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
