Developer - C#.Net

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Developer - C#.Net for a Hybrid remote position located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This position requres 3 days onsite.

Summary:

The C#.Net Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying software applications using the Microsoft .NET framework and C#. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and related technologies
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services
• Work closely with business analysts and project managers to translate requirements into functional code
• Conduct unit testing, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to development best practices
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Maintain accurate documentation of code, systems, and processes
• Collaborate with DevOps or IT teams for deployment and version control

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET development
• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, LINQ, and Entity Framework
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.

Desired skills:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCP, MCSA)

Pay range: Up to $68.71 per hour
