MaineHealth Primary Care - Internal Medicine - Falmouth is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join their well-established outpatient practice located in Falmouth, Maine. The selected candidate will join seven physicians and two advanced practice providers. MaineHealth Internal Medicine has redesigned care in alignment with the Patient Centered Medical Home care model to provide more convenient care with patient centered continuity. This position offers:

• Team-based care model with collaborative approach to care.
• As an academic institution, this position comes with an appointment at Tufts School of Medicine. Opportunities to participate in clerkships may exist.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active and unrestricted State of Maine medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine

The annual base salary for this position at a .85 FTE is $218,875.
