Job Summary:
Support, collaborate and manage reports and presentations to Vice President & Executive Leadership team. Responsible for supporting Onsite business budgeting process, market development, support Business Development Gate process, financial modeling and data consistency of reporting systems. Ensures all deliverables are consistent with key performance indicators for the respective business units.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Support Onsite Business with:
- Annual Onsite Business budget process for sales, capex (minor, GDE and major) in partnership with Finance and Onsite Performance Management
- Monthly Onsite P&L analysis support; identify risks and present recommendations to senior leadership to mitigate
- Own strategic and tactical sales performance tools to be utilized within Onsite Business
- Manage the achievement of key performance indicators and provide guidance to ensure business remains on course to meet/exceed goals
- Market Development activities related to the Onsite Growth Strategy
- Develop detailed market reports related to targeted onsite segments and select companies
- Help qualify leads for the Onsite Sales group to pursue
- Work with Communications and Messer Applications to develop marketing material for targeted segments
- Support Business Development with:
- Ownership of proposal pipeline to effectively document, warehouse, and communicate projects
- Oversee documentation process for all projects that move through the gate and board approval process, plus opportunities that require liquid tank solutions.
- Drive EBITDA enhancing projects relation to Tonnage/Onsite/Business Development teams
- Own strategic and tactical sales performance tools to be utilized within the On-site and Business Development teams (i.e., Smartsheet, Adaptive, Benchmarking, Salesforce.com, SAP, etc.)
- Continue to improve existing reporting suite. Support enhancements to guarantee harmonization across all systems. Decide on what opportunity and sales tracking tools should be implemented, influence and 'sell' internal investment to senior leadership to achieve growth targets.
- Give financial directions and guidance to Regional On-Site Account Managers, Onsite Business Development team, to ensure new business opportunities meet or exceed financial goals through the Stage Gate and Investment Committee process.
- Serve as a business decision consultant to Vice President of On-Site Business & Business Development.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business or related field)
- 10+ years-experience in business control, finance, or sales management and marketing
- Experience in operating within a global organization
The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $180,000. Messer provides medical, dental, vision, short term disability, life insurance and paid time off as well as other voluntary benefits, such as, long term disability in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Plans. Employees are eligible to enroll in Messer's 401(k) Plan. Employees may be eligible to participate in the company's bonus program.
