Salary: $125,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday

Here's what we're looking for.



  • 3+ years of hands-on EDI experience in a business or technical analyst role
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field-or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN)
  • Experience with EDI mapping and translation software
  • Strong SQL skills required; PostgreSQL preferred
  • Experience with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor)
  • Familiarity with APIs or hybrid EDI/API integrations
  • At least 2 years of front-end and back-end web development (HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL)
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Shell); Python/JavaScript a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
  • Experience in 3PL, project management, or business analysis is a plus

Responsibilities



  • Analyze, design, and implement EDI solutions to support business processes and trading partner requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and document EDI maps, configurations, and process flows
  • Monitor daily EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 810, 856, 940, 997) and resolve processing errors or failures
  • Troubleshoot EDI issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external trading partners
  • Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and partners to ensure seamless EDI operations
  • Support onboarding of new trading partners and maintain existing integrations
  • Ensure compliance with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, HIPAA, where applicable)
  • Provide Tier II support for EDI-related incidents and inquiries
  • Support system integrations, ERP upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Participate in on-call support for critical EDI operations as needed
