CNC Machinist Qualifications: Step Up to the Machine

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Proven ability with machine setup and programming.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and machining processes.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-axis CNC machines.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
• Background in manufacturing or energy industries.

• Perform full machine setups, including tooling, offsets, and calibration.
• Program machines using G-code or conversational programming.
• Travel to various locations to support machining and field service operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make real-time adjustments.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow all safety standards and operational guidelines.
