YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting Rosendin's proposals, lead pre-qualification, and CRM administration. Skilled at organizing complex project libraries and coordinating cross-functional efforts. Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality technical assets that support the broader Company goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Lead pre-qualification submissions and support pursuit teams with technical and non-technical proposal materials.

  • Maintains library of standard company and department assets and project files

  • Maintain internal databases, conduct data entry and support data integrity for Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Assist with and coordinate preconstruction activities throughout the sales process

  • Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

  • The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the role within the business unit.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Able to organize and coordinate a heavy workload of overlapping priorities and deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe Acrobat

  • Experience with Adobe CC (specifically InDesign), beneficial but not required

  • Experience working in a CRM; preferably Salesforce

  • Candidate must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work professionally and reliably under tight deadlines.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position

  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and a team player

  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations technical training and/or related experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Construction/Architectural/ Engineering firm is highly preferred

  • Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience

TRAVEL:
  • 10 - 25%

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

  • Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a job site.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
