Job Description

The Allstate Dealer Services Account Manager plays a critical role in driving the success and growth of a strategic external partner within the automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) industry. Acting as the primary relationship owner, this role connects the partner, dealer network, field teams, and internal Allstate stakeholders to deliver strong results and exceptional partner experiences.

This is a newly launched account, offering a rare opportunity to help build something from the ground up. The Account Manager will lead both strategic and operational efforts-creating new processes, improving existing workflows, and setting the foundation for long term success. This role is ideal for a self starter who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure where none exists, and wants to make a visible impact.

Why This Role Is Exciting:
This is fast paced, front line work at the heart of Allstate Dealer Services (ADS). You'll have the autonomy to shape how the work gets done, the creativity to solve new challenges, and the influence to help define the future of a growing organization. If you enjoy startup like environments, ownership, and meaningful impact-this role offers all of that within the stability of a trusted, well known brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the endtoend management of a key partner account, ensuring longterm health, growth, and success
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, compliance, legal, and field partners)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daytoday issue resolution, leveraging deep automotive F&I expertise and knowledge of Allstate Dealer Services offerings
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, including preparation, facilitation, and followup action planning
  • Drive account growth through organic expansion initiatives and identification of new business opportunities
  • Develop, coordinate, and evolve reporting and analytics to meet changing business needs
  • Partner with internal brand, compliance, and legal teams to manage and execute partner marketing initiatives
  • Translate partner goals and objectives into actionable strategies that increase profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee contract compliance and manage negotiations related to changes, KPIs, and performance outcomes
  • Support financial forecasting and modeling, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and deadlines
  • Represent Allstate Dealer Services in client meetings, strengthening relationships and promoting products and solutions

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of relevant experience (preferred), ideally within automotive F&I, account management, partnerships, or a related field
  • Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastmoving environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Technological proficiency and a mindset for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, relationshipbuilding, and stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for building, leading through influence, and driving results
