Job Description The Allstate Dealer Services Account Manager plays a critical role in driving the success and growth of a strategic external partner within the automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) industry. Acting as the primary relationship owner, this role connects the partner, dealer network, field teams, and internal Allstate stakeholders to deliver strong results and exceptional partner experiences.This is a newly launched account, offering a rare opportunity to help build something from the ground up. The Account Manager will lead both strategic and operational efforts-creating new processes, improving existing workflows, and setting the foundation for long term success. This role is ideal for a self starter who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure where none exists, and wants to make a visible impact.
