What You'll Do

  • Own the full escrow process from open to close with accuracy and efficiency

  • Serve as the central point of contact, keeping all parties aligned and informed

  • Manage escrow accounts, documents, and funds in strict compliance with terms and regulations

  • Review titles, mortgages, and closing requirements to ensure clean, timely transactions

  • Prepare settlement statements and closing packages with precision

  • Deliver a seamless closing experience through proactive communication and problem-solving

What You'll Bring

  • 2-4 years of escrow experience (Escrow Assistant experience welcomed)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions at once

  • Confident decision-making and a sharp eye for detail

  • Clear, professional communication with a client-first mindset

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented, with a willingness to collaborate and support others

  • Required state licensing/certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent
