This employee would increase sales and utilize clinical expertise to identify potential internal patient candidates for additionalequipment and services JOB FUNCTIONS: Generates leads via data-driven sales prospecting. Generates leads via internal reports and patient consultation. Cultivates long-term relationships with physicians and referral sources. Meets monthly sales goals via interactions with new and existing referral sources. Manages the consistent, ongoing presence of sales messaging throughout territory. Facilitates educational in-services with referral sources to spotlight and grow each of the five focus productcategories. Presents clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources. Trains other Healthcare Specialists and conducts new franchise setups. Travels throughout territory. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Excellent written and verbal communication. Deftly interact with physician and hospital call points, as well as internal team members. Computer and technological literacy. Positive and professional personal image. Complete a concentrated medical terminology and sales, technique-driven training program. Education and Experience: Minimum of two to three years of experience in home healthcare Required Must be familiar with equipment and services provided in the home health caresetting, or other experience in patient care Must complete all training/education required to obtain certification, registration,and/or license Must be a clinician authorized withinhis/her scope of practice (as established byapplicable state law or if none, by theapplicable national board) to provide allpatient care services offered by thecompany from time to time Must remain certified, registered, orlicensed by the applicable state and/ornational board governing his/her clinicalpractice or as otherwise permitted by law Subject to state law/regulation RNs, LPNs,LVNs, paramedics, EMTs, and otherclinicians may also be qualified for thisposition If applicable, based on the requirements ofthe state, in addition to a valid statelicense, the current National Board ofRespiratory Care Credentials may also berequired for CRTs and RRTs
