We're looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Escrow Assistant to support our growing Houston, Texas office.
In this fast-paced, in-office role, you'll provide key administrative and customer support to the Escrow team - helping ensure smooth, accurate transactions and exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Support the escrow process from start to finish, including opening orders and preparing closing documents

  • Input and review closing statement details with accuracy and efficiency

  • Coordinate disbursements and follow-up on all escrow transactions

  • Communicate with clients, providing clear guidance and updates throughout the process

  • Interpret agreements and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant

What You Bring

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems

  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education
High School diploma or equivalent required

Experience
2+ years of escrow or related experience preferred - but we're willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and drive
