Acts as an EntrepreneurialBusiness Technologist and as transformation and change agent. WhatYou'llDo: Collaborate with various Finance Accounting Groups toidentify, design, develop, and implement technical solutions in business intelligence reporting/analytics, business process management, AI, and process automations. Manage value-added projectsutilizingcontinuous improvement methods. Analyze and support complex business processes, create functional/technical documents to drive solutions. Apply project management skills to manage deliverables and meet project timelines. Develop and deliver technical training, perform proof of concepts/pilot solutions, vendor software evaluations, continuous self-development. Presentation to leadership. Location(s) 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills , Michigan 48326 , United States Requirements Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics; or related. 5+ years relevant experience Demonstrate technicalproficiencyin AI, automation, analytics and data visualization and strong business acumen to align technology solutions with businessobjectives Strongproblemsolver and communicator Experience building or implementing process improvement technology solutions using: Business intelligence reporting, analytics (Power BI/SAP Analytics Cloud/Qlik/Tableau, similar) Finance ERP tools (SAP suite, Oracle suite, or similar) MS Power Platform (Power Query, Power Automate, PowerApps) Generative AI (AWS, Microsoft Copilot Studio) Robotic Process Automation (Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, similar) Data transformation tools (AWS, Azure,Knime,SQL, Python, similar) Finance ERP tools (SAP suite, Oracle suite, or similar) Team management, driving cooperation Strong problem-solving Ability to influence and drive results.
