Job Description

The Consignment Analyst is responsible for overseeing remanufacturing core programs, administering CITS transactions, monitoring supplier operational performance, and ensuring optimal MCC inventory health. This role supports cross functional operations by coordinating core-related financial processes, enabling supplier readiness, and maintaining compliance with established policies and controls. Be a conduit to Mopar Sales and Product line managers of successful management of component inventory.


Ensure Stellantis owned consigned inventory is maintained to corporate standards of policies and procedures. Provide guidance and training to suppliers that use corporate inventory system CITS (consignment inventory tracking system)


Responsibilities including but not limited to:



  • Administer and approve CITS (Core Inventory Tracking System) transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Execute daily cost part approvals, material setups, and transactional validations to support core program integrity.
  • Perform ongoing reconciliations and reporting of aged variances, OE (Original Equipment) deposits, and other core-related financial metrics.
  • Maintain procedural inventory procedures and policies - ensure SOX compliance is met.
  • Provide operational support to remanufacturing suppliers, including issue resolution for EDI, cycle count discrepancies, and CITS-related activities.
  • Conduct supplier audits, access reviews, and compliance checks to ensure performance alignment and control effectiveness.
  • Facilitate supplier readiness and operational alignment for PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) launches
  • Oversee large set of consignment locations that it applies inventory accuracy and health through ongoing monitoring, discrepancy management, and compliance reporting.
  • Lead periodic Excess & Obsolete (E&O) and scrap analyses, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
  • Generate and manage monthly REQ (requisition) creation to support ongoing operational requirements
  • Develop and maintain analytical reports using CITS, Cognos, Excel, Access, and other data systems as required.
  • Prepare insights, dashboards, and operational summaries to support leadership decision making.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain analytics, or operations planning.
  • Strong command of inventory planning methodologies, E&O frameworks, and financial implications.
  • Expertise in data analytics and reporting tools (Excel Advanced, Access, Cognos, Power BI).
  • Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to manage complex datasets and deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Lead Committee and Governance meetings collaborating stakeholders and driving business financial decisions for the betterment of the overall Stellantis position.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Strong knowledge of core return processes and remanufacturing workflows.
  • Experience working with MARCS and F2K systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Power BI for advanced data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of ERP material master data and related configuration processes.
  • Experience driving inventory reduction, E&O mitigation, and reporting standardization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights
