Job Description

The Mopar CAP & Degrees@Work Relationship Manager develops and maintains relationships between Stellantis dealers and Mopar Career Automotive Program (CAP) affiliated schools in order to attract, train, retain and place future Stellantis dealership employees. Additionally, the Relationship Manager is responsible for driving dealership participation in the Degrees@Work program, providing a no-cost, no-debt college education to participating dealership employees and their family members.



Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:



  • Develop and manage productive relationships between dealers and affiliated schools ensuring communication and active involvement in the Mopar Career Automotive Program
  • Represent the Mopar Career Automotive Program at affiliated secondary education level (colleges, universities and trade) school launches, recruiting events, career fairs, etc.
  • Report and track program's performance against key performance indicators and goals
  • Represent and coordinate the Degrees@Work program to all Stellantis dealerships in assigned territory alongside Strayer University
  • Benchmarking other OEM automotive educational training programs in assigned territory
  • Tracking of Stellantis assets and contract obligations (vehicles, components, tools, marketing materials, etc.) at affiliated schools
  • Collaboration with internal and external program partners to ensure success (ASE, NHRA, Strayer University, etc.)
  • Coordination and collaboration with Stellantis's business centers and field organization

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of territory/area management
  • Up to 60 - 75% domestic local and overnight travel
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work in a mobile office setting with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem solving skills - resourceful, creative thinker
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking in front of a larger group of people
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite programs
